MECCA MECCA

Privacy Policy

MECCA ("MECCA," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website meccamarkets.com and related pages, forms, and services (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you opt in to a training, apply for a call, book a call, make a purchase, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, time zone, answers to application questions, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and how far you watched a video. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Payment information. Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the training, call, product, or service you requested;
  • Contact you by email, phone, and text message (including automated messages) about your application, your call, and related offers, where you have given consent;
  • Process payments and send transaction confirmations;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Improve the Site, our content, and our advertising;
  • Measure the performance of our marketing, including through advertising platforms;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from MECCA, including automated messages, about your application, your call, and related content. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business — for example, our CRM and messaging platform, email provider, scheduling tool, payment processors, video hosting, and website hosting;
  • Advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta, Google, and TikTok) that help us measure and improve our advertising, subject to their own privacy policies;
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants;
  • Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety;
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies, pixels, and tracking

We and our partners use cookies, tracking pixels (for example the Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the Site. You can manage ad preferences directly with Meta, Google, and TikTok through their ad-settings pages.

6. Your choices

  • Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
  • Text messages: reply STOP.
  • Phone calls: tell us during the call or a follow-up text that you no longer wish to be called.
  • Access, correction, deletion: reach out to us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (see Section 9).

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Application and call records may be retained for our business records.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your state or regional privacy rights

California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information; use of advertising pixels may be considered "sharing" under California law, and you may opt out by contacting us or adjusting your ad settings as described in Section 5. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) may have similar rights. Contact us to exercise them.

Visitors outside the United States: our services are operated from the United States. By using the Site you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites, brokers, prop firms, or platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
