Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of meccamarkets.com and all related pages, trainings, calls, software, communities, and products offered by MECCA ("MECCA," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Site or purchase from us.

2. Educational purpose — not financial advice

Everything MECCA provides — trainings, videos, calls, software, presets, coaching, community posts, and written materials — is for educational and informational purposes only.

• We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or commodity trading advisor, and nothing we provide is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
• Any decision to trade is yours alone. You should consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
• We do not manage money, hold client funds, or place trades on your behalf.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, futures, indices, metals, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You could lose some or all of your capital. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. Automated trading software can malfunction, be affected by connectivity or broker issues, and can and does produce losing trades and drawdowns. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. No guarantee of results — earnings disclaimer

• Any income, profit, or performance figures we show (including member experiences, screenshots, backtests, and simulations) are examples, not promises. They are not typical, and your results will vary based on your capital, broker, market conditions, settings, discipline, and many other factors.
• Backtested or simulated results are hypothetical. They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not represent actual trading, and have inherent limitations. No representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown.
• Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee you will experience the same.
• Any product-specific guarantee (for example a conditional satisfaction guarantee) is defined solely by the written terms presented at checkout for that product, and is subject to the conditions stated there.

5. Free trainings and calls

Free trainings and calls are offered at our discretion and may be limited, rescheduled, or withdrawn at any time. Booking a call does not obligate you to purchase anything, and does not obligate us to accept you as a customer. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; we will tell you if a call is being recorded.

6. Purchases, payments, and refunds

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time.
• By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. For payment plans, you agree to pay every installment; missed payments may result in suspension of access.
• Refunds: each product has its own refund or guarantee terms, which are shown on the checkout page for that product and form part of these Terms. Unless a product's checkout page states otherwise, all sales are final because our products are digital and delivered immediately.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in termination of access.

7. Software license

When you purchase access to MECCA software, presets, or tools, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own personal trading accounts. You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, share, or distribute the software, license keys, or presets;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or strategy logic;
• Use the software to operate a signal service, managed-account service, or any commercial service for others without our written permission;
• Remove or alter any branding or notices.

We may suspend or revoke a license for violation of these Terms. The software is provided "as is"; see Section 11.

8. Third-party brokers, prop firms, and platforms

You are responsible for choosing and opening accounts with brokers, prop firms, VPS providers, and trading platforms. We do not control them, are not responsible for their execution, pricing, rules, outages, or policies, and we do not guarantee that any prop firm will accept trades placed by automated software. Check each firm's rules yourself. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any broker, prop firm, or platform unless expressly stated.

9. Community and communications

If we provide a community (for example a group chat or forum), you agree to be respectful, not to post anything unlawful, abusive, or misleading, not to share the content outside the community, and not to solicit other members. We may remove content or members at our discretion.

By providing your contact information and giving consent, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and text (including automated messages) as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products — text, videos, graphics, logos, software, presets, course materials, and scripts — belongs to MECCA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE, TRAININGS, CALLS, SOFTWARE, AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PROFITABLE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MECCA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MECCA and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or products, your trading, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, chargebacks, abuse, or conduct we consider harmful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
